Value Tech manufactures the Mortar Blender Model VTB 35 suitable for use in conjunction with Conventional Truck Mixer. This equipment is hydraulically operated, mounted to Truck Mixer, either permanently or Detachable Version, and is used to blend required additives to relevant mortar deliveries.

Power to drive a rotating screw is derived from P.T.O system of truck, the mixer discharge chute are swiveled to one side, allowing the blending chamber to be elevated to receive a calibrated delivery from truck mixer. The chamber is then lowered to allow delivery of required additive from storage compartment on vehicle. The machine is then started to blend the mix and discharged by way of hydraulically operated door mechanism on base of mixing chamber.
